Shipping Information, Please Note:
Shipping Options:
During the checkout process, you are given a choice of all possible shipping options that we have available for the product(s) that you have selected. The selected method of shipping explanations are as follows;
Shipping Charges:
If you are requiring shipment to any other region, i.e. Canada, APO/FPO, Hawaii, or Alaska, please call or email for a shipping quote. Our system will attempt to calculate the correct shipping charges for your order based on the information received from the customer and the data entered in our system. Should any of this information be incorrect, the shipping charges may be calculated incorrectly and may require to be adjusted. Some heavy or bulky items may need to be recalculated and you will be notified of any additional shipping charges. All shipping rates quoted in this order are subject to change. If there is a rate change your credit card will not be billed until you are contacted and approve the new rate.
International Shipping:
All international shipping to Canada is done using UPS. The shipping charges calculated by our site do not include any taxes, duties, and or brokerage fees that UPS determines as due upon delivery. These additional charges are added on to the shipment as a COD charge and must be paid at delivery. We have no control over these fees and our site will not calculate these fees that may be required.

This method of shipping is the most common, and the estimated timeframe of delivery can vary depending on your location. This means that once the product has shipped from our location, it will be delivered within 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. or 3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii. Deliveries are Monday–Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day. |
| Express 2nd Day |
When the product is needed in a slightly quicker method, this choice is often used. This means that once the product has shipped from our location, it will be delivered by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences). Delivery to some rural areas of Alaska and ZIP codes in Hawaii in 3 business days. |
| Express Overnight |
When the product are needed in the quickest manner, this is the choice that should be selected. This means that once the product has shipped from our location, it will be delivered by the next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas. Available throughout all 50 states (not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii). |
| LTL |
LTL shipments are for larger items, or heavier items that exceed our common carriers limitations. These shipments are delivered via Tractor Trailer and may require lift trucks to unload the shipment. LTL rates in our checkout process are only a general estimate based off of past experience. If your order requires an LTL carrier, you will be contacted regarding your order for delivery options, delivery requirements, and a proper shipping quote will be generated at that time. |
