Retrieving a Lost Password |

Retrieving your password is a simple process. For clarification, just follow the steps below and your password will be sent to you usually within a couple minutes.
Step 1:
You need to access the customer login page, this can be done a number of different ways. The most common method would be to click on the tab in the upper navigation bar called "Your Account". You could also click on the "Members Login" text link located just below the shopping cart in the upper right. An example of these are shown in the image here → |
Step 2:
Once you have entered the Account Login page, there is a text link to the lower right of the of the "Current Customer Login" section. Enter your email address into the supplied text box to the right of Email Address, then click on the "forgot password?" text link to the lower right of this location. Your password will be sent to the email address you supplied. If you do not recieve your password within a couple minutes, then more than likely you have not created an account in our site. An example of this procedure is shown below.
